Job summary

Nextpower India in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to oversee end-to-end logistics operations for the Middle East/Africa region. The role reports to the Director, Logistics Operations - APAC & MEAI and requires strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipment coordination with freight forwarders and suppliers.

You will optimize delivery schedules, ensure accuracy of shipping documents, and monitor risks to support timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 4–6 years logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and clearance processes across MEA region.
• Experience with seaports, airports, and bonded warehouses; familiarity with Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Understand international logistics and Incoterms; oversee end-to-end shipment execution.
• Prepare and validate shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, Bills of Lading.
• Ensure compliance with regional customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates on status, risks and delays.
• Identify and resolve clearance issues, delivery delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Manage local and cross-border logistics across Middle East countries.
• Plan and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates on status, risks, and delays

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field(4-6) years of logistics experience, preferably in Middle East & Africa operations
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and clearance processes across the region
• Familiarity with customs portals and trade compliance systems
• Experience working with seaports, airports, and bonded warehouses
• Experience in Solar, industrial, manufacturing, or project logistics preferred
• Prior experience managing logistics operations in Middle East/ African markets is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, charts).
