Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Logistics Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights in logistics operations. You will manage multiple initiatives, analyze data, and build KPIs and dashboards to support optimization efforts across the organization.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and carriers to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, influencing senior leadership decisions and enabling improved transportation and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or logistics.
• Experience with logistics process improvement: TMS; track & trace; QR codes.
• Data analysis, metrics, mining and root cause analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about processes.
• Strong English communication at all levels.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage individually multiple projects/initiatives related to Logistics Ops implementation projects
• Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests related to business operations.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions & Business requirements for implementation projects.
• Create KPIS, performance dashboards, reports, and drive root cause analysis
• Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation projects.
• Provide educated judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations.
• Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business.

Basic Qualifications & requirements

• Previous experience within transportation or logistics
• Experience in logistics process improvement: TMS; track & trace solutions, QR codes, etc.
• Experience working with data (analysis, metrics, mining, root cause).
• Advanced knowledge on MS - specially Excel+ Power BI+ Power Point
• Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-ambiguous environment.
• Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
• Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes
• Communication at all levels with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
• B2/C1 English level - Be able to communicate fluently in English
