Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a logistics analyst to develop models and metrics that couple operational concepts with quantitative analysis for impactful results. You will monitor master file transactions, ensure timely inventory receipts and fulfillment, and complete shipments in NetSuite.

Collaborate with senior staff to implement effective solutions, prepare regular reports, and benchmark activities to drive best practices while aligning with company values.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with advanced proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and NetSuite.
• Ability to analyze data and benchmark logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing models, metrics, and improvement strategies.
• Monitor Master file transactions and ensure timely inventory receipts and fulfillment per incoterms.
• Tackle complex problems with inventive thinking and autonomy.
• Lead or participate in networks to drive logistics initiatives.
• Prepare and review finance-related reports and reconciliation outputs.
• Review shipments in the Shipping tracking tool and ensure transactions in NetSuite are completed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine effective solutions.
• Set up and provide regular reports on inventory receipts/fulfillment analysis.
• Benchmark logistics activities to drive best practice results.
• Support culture of improvement and align with company values.
• Coordinate with vendors/Forwarders/Warehouses for smooth shipments.

• Assist in developing models, metrics, and improvement strategies that combine operational concepts with quantitative analysis to drive impactful results for the department.
• Monitor closely all Master file transactions & adhere to project Title-Transfer & ensure to complete all inventory receipts & Inventory fulfillment on time as per incoterms.
• Tackle complex problems through inventive thinking and original approaches, executing work with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
• Leads and /or participates in skills networks to drive organizational growth and logistics initiatives.
• Reporting to Finance (Reconciliation Report/ Post month end report/ Accrued...)
• Review shipments in matrix factors (Shipping tracking tool),and ensure to take appropriate action to complete all transactions in netsuite.
• Collaborate with senior staff or stakeholders to determine effective solutions.
• Set up and provide regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process such as receipts/fulfillment analysis.
• Utilize knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results
• Work towards and support a culture of improvement and work to make business and department improvements wherever possible and adhere to company core values.
• Coordinate with vendors/Forwarders/Warehouses to ensure a smooth operation when shipments deliver to warehouses.
• Preparing, tracking, and keeping a good record of inbound/outbound records in NetSuite and master file.
• Monitor inventory transactions and error corrections to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Inventory reconciliation for all inventory locations as per NetSuite.
• Closely monitor all samples shipment for engineering, marketing, etc., and record them in the system.
• Advance Excel competency is a must.
• Familiar and work experience with ERP
