Job summary

Unknown company in Uttar Pradesh invites a motivated Loan & Overdraft Executive to join the in-house office team. You will handle customers interested in loan and overdraft facilities, explain suitable products, and coordinate the application process.

Work location is in person, Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; attractive incentives supplement the salary range.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in Finance, Banking, Loans, OD, NBFC, or related financial services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of loan and overdraft products.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer handling.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers may be considered if they have relevant knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries for loans and overdraft facilities.
• Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain loan/OD products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and process.
• Coordinate with customers for required documents and application formalities.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan/OD processing cycle.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
• Ensure professional customer service and timely follow-ups.
