Job summary

Acuity Analytics in Gurgaon is seeking a Loan Operations professional for the US shift. The role covers deal closing, loan servicing, and letter of credit processing in a fast-paced Lending Services department.

The candidate will manage syndicated and direct deals, bookings in Loan IQ, and settlements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely client interactions across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in commerce or equivalent.
• Experience 2-10 years in loan operations.
• Strong MS Excel and Loan IQ familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio of Syndicated and Direct deals for Loan Servicing.
• Deal Closing and Amendments booking in Loan IQ.
• Loan Trading settlements on effective date.
• Letter of Credit – update and reconcile/book fees.
• Processing BAU transactions and assist team members with complex transactions.
• Share best practices with team and client to improve work quality.
• Manage regular reporting (Internal and External).
• Timely respond to all requests and elevate items to management when needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and policies including compliance documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client.

Job Title: Loan Operations (US Shift) – Associate/ Senior Associate/ Delivery Lead GGN

• Location: Gurgaon (work from office)
• Work hours: 5:30 PM-2:30 AM (US Shift, Employees need to be flexible with work hours in case there are any future changes from the client)
• Department: Lending Services
• Experience Level : 2-10 years

Job Purpose

The individual will perform Loan Operations – Deal Closing, Loan Servicing, Loan Trading, Letter of Credit etc.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio of Syndicated and Direct deals for Loan Servicing (Agency, Participant, Bi-lateral)
• Deal Closing and Amendments booking in Loan IQ
• Loan Trading settlements on effective date
• Letter of Credit – update and reconcile/book fees
• Processing BAU transactions and assist Team Members with the complex transactions
• Held refreshers to expend knowledge of team members
• Share best practices with team and client to improve work quality
• Manage regular reporting (Internal and External)
• Timely respond to all the requests and elevate items to management when needed
• Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation
• Maintaining strong relationship with the client

Key Competencies

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Syndicated Loan Operations, Agency/Participant loan servicing, Deal Booking, Loan Trading, MS Excel, Loan IQ
• Bachelors/master's in commerce
