Tata Capital Finance Ltd is seeking a Loan Officer for Retail MFB - Sales in Thiruvarur area. The role involves field-based activities, identifying JLG groups, and driving disbursement with stringent delinquency control. You will lead teams across territories to expand reach and ensure effective collections.

Candidates with up to 5 years in microfinance sales are welcome; understanding of JLG models is preferred. Graduate in any discipline required; location includes Pulivalam/J Grades 10563.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 5 years of sales officer experience in microfinance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimal delinquency.
• Identify Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans for target customers/geographies.
• Develop and manage teams across territories for deeper market penetration.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions/areas.
• Manage disbursement, repayment and delinquency; hit daily/weekly collections targets.
• Follow up on disbursed loans; regular field visits, centre meetings, loan applicants.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand presence with customers.
• Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres.

To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency. Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach. Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas. Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets. Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time. Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants. Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers. Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre. Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business. Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
