Job summary
Consolidated Analytics in Pune District is looking for a professional with expertise in US Residential Mortgage. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting, where you will calculate incomes, evaluate loan documents, and assess borrower eligibility.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Live underwriting (All 4c's).

Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital.
- Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios.
- Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction.
- Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac).
- Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection.
- Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly.
- Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy.
- Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility.
