Job summary

Consolidated Analytics is seeking an experienced mortgage underwriting professional with 3+ years in US residential underwriting. The role emphasizes reviewing income, credit, collateral, and capital, with capability to underwrite Purchase, Refinance, and Construction loans.

You will assess loan documentation, appraisals, and borrower eligibility, ensuring soundness and compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting
• Expertise in Underwriting Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
• Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios
• Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
• Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
• Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection
• Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly
• Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
• Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
• Minimum 3 years' experience in End-to-End Underwriting.
