• Draft/Review legal petitions, plaints, statements, affidavits and notices.
• Coordinate with external counsels and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing litigations and arbitrations in domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Draft and review petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits of evidence, notices and settlement deeds.
• Attend briefings with external counsels and represent the company at court hearings.
• Conduct research on precedents, applicable laws, regulations across jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update the litigation MIS in coordination with project teams.
