Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced litigation professional to lead and manage corporate, insolvency, and financial dispute matters. The role involves developing litigation strategies, coordinating with senior counsels, and representing the organization in forums such as NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals.

The candidate will work directly with the Group General Counsel, prepare pleadings, and provide strategic advice to internal teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• LLB from a reputed law school.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in litigation, particularly in corporate, insolvency, and financial disputes.
• Strong understanding of IBC, debt recovery laws, and commercial litigation.
• Experience in coordinating with senior counsels and managing high-stakes litigation.
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex litigation matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Litigation Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with the objectives of the organization. Proactively manage legal risks and assess potential litigation outcomes.

• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Work closely with internal business teams to provide litigation updates and strategic advice. Report directly to the Group General Counsel, ensuring alignment with the organization’s legal and business priorities.
