LinkedIn is seeking a Litigation Counsel to manage complex litigation and pre-litigation disputes in India, coordinating with external counsel and internal teams. The role covers privacy, regulatory risk counseling, and government takedown requests within a fast-paced Legal & Public Policy team.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in one of India offices (Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon).
As Litigation Counsel at LinkedIn and a member of LinkedIn’s Protection, Competition, and Defense team, you will be responsible for managing all kinds of litigation and pre-litigation disputes in APAC, primarily in India. You will coordinate with and manage external counsel, barristers, and consultants to ensure effective representation. You will also handle responses to law-enforcement and third-party subpoenas and regulatory responses. In addition, you will provide litigation, privacy, and regulatory risk counseling related to LinkedIn business issues.
