Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Linux Solution Consultant with strong expertise in virtualization and enterprise architectures. The role focuses on solution architecture leadership, governance, and delivering integrated virtualized solutions in regulated environments.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, design executable technical plans, and drive delivery with hands-on involvement in Linux/Unix administration and automated provisioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with Linux/Unix focus.
• 3+ years in solution or platform consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and enterprise architectures.
• Ability to translate business, security and operational requirements into implementable technical architectures.
• Experience leading architecture governance, architecture board reviews, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution and enterprise architecture activities, translating requirements into implementable technical architectures.
• Drive architecture governance and regulatory compliance within enterprise standards.
• Identify, document, and justify product gaps, risks, constraints and architectural deviations.
• Translate high-level architectures into executable technical designs, standards, and reference architectures.
• Design, deploy, and operate solutions using virtualization platforms with hands-on involvement.
• Provide Linux/UNIX administration and troubleshooting, including performance tuning.
• Develop automation scripts to standardize provisioning, configuration, validation, and lifecycle management.
