The role involves designing, implementing, and bug-fixing device drivers for interfaces like USB, PCIe, Ethernet, Display, camera, and more, with emphasis on Linux, ARM/RISC-V architectures, and deep Kernel knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent programming skills in C and strong background in systems software.
• Design, implementation, and debugging of Linux device drivers.
• Ability to read and understand board schematics and hardware interfaces.
• Knowledge of ARM or RISC-V architectures and Linux kernel internals.
• Experience with Git, Yocto and related tooling.
• Experience in debugging with JTAG, logic analyzers, and similar tools.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement device drivers for USB, PCIe, Ethernet, Display, and camera interfaces.
• Debug and fix kernel-level issues in a consumer SoC project.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate drivers with board schematics and bootloaders.

The role involves designing, implementing, and bug-fixing device drivers for various interfaces like USB, PCIe, Ethernet, Display, camera, etc.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Excellent programming skills in C
• Design, implementation, and debugging of Linux device drivers
• Ability to read and understand board schematics
• Knowledge of processor architectures for ARM or RISC-V
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals and Linux Kernel Architecture
• Experience with tools like Git, Yocto, etc.
• Experience in debugging with JTAG, Signal Analyzers, etc.

Good to Have Technical Skills:

• Experience in code upstreaming and open-sourcing.BSP (Board Support Package) bring-up experience including bootloader and U-Boot.
