Job summary

Zenvia Resources India in Chennai is seeking a Quality Inspector / Line Inspector to maintain product quality along the manufacturing process. You will inspect, measure components, identify defects, and support improvement activities in an automobile manufacturing setting.

Qualification includes Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 0–3 years of experience; freshers are welcome. Immediate joiners preferred with benefits including ESI, PF, and optional accommodation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Freshers with strong mechanical knowledge encouraged to apply.
• 0–3 years experience in quality inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of components and assemblies.
• Verify dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Identify, record, and report quality defects or non-conformities.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections as per inspection plans.
