Job Description

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC Apex Aura and Visual Force Drive the adoption of best practices in Salesforce development and architecture within the organization
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure high quality code standards performance optimization and security compliance across Salesforce implementations
• Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities integration patterns and technical roadmaps
• Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce architecture and advanced development techniques
• Oversee complex Salesforce customizations including managed packages and multi org environments
• Evaluate and implement Salesforce platform innovations to enhance solution efficiency and scalability
