Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise UI architecture, design reusable Lightning Web Component frameworks, and drive modernization efforts across large-scale Salesforce programs.

The role requires extensive hands-on expertise with LWC, Apex, and API integrations, plus strong leadership in governance, pre-sales support, and DevOps practices to deliver secure, high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce Platform with at least 4+ years leading enterprise architecture initiatives and designing modern Lightning Experience solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in building highly scalable, secure, reusable Salesforce UI and architecture governance.
• Experience migrating Aura to LWC and Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise UI architecture standards for Salesforce applications.
• Design and govern large-scale reusable Lightning Web Component frameworks.
• Lead architecture and technical design workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development and architecture best practices.
• Lead Aura-to-LWC modernization initiatives.
• Architect secure and high-performing frontend frameworks.
• Review code and provide technical governance across projects.
• Mentor developers, technical leads, and solution architects.
• Define DevOps and release management approaches for Salesforce programs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery Teams.
• Support solution estimation, pre-sales activities, and architecture governance boards.
