JeevanSetu Insurance in Lucknow is hiring Life Insurance Advisors (Agency Associates) to represent Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance. If you want a strong second income or start a new career, this role offers growth, incentives and full training.

You'll meet clients, advise on life, health and general insurance, build a client base through referrals and networking, and guide customers through documentation and policy issuance. Flexible hours, commission-based earnings.

Formación

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Self-motivated, persuasive and comfortable meeting new people.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (as per IRDAI norms).

What you will do

• Meet and advise individuals and families on life insurance, protection and savings plans

Who we are looking for

• Prior work experience of any kind (sales, banking, finance, insurance or customer-facing experience is a big plus)
• Already employed or running a business and want a strong second income? You are welcome
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Earnings and benefits

• Minimum income support of up to ₹3,000/month, subject to meeting contract criteria
• Monthly Jump Start fee starting at ₹1,000 per Jump Start
• Monthly performance incentive of up to 65% on team commission
• Double count benefit on new advisor business in the first 90 days
• Supervisory bonus on your team's business as you grow
• Half-yearly bonus with rewards up to ₹2.6 lakh
• Monthly CLA bonus of up to ₹10,000
• Quarterly performance bonus and monthly retention fee
