Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, IN. You will drive patient-centered care, operational excellence, and a culture of accountability within a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The role requires LWHA licensure, 3+ years of skilled nursing leadership, and proven P&L responsibility with comfort using AI tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
