• 2-3 years of experience in solar operations, regulatory affairs, net metering, subsidy processing, or project coordination.
• Experience working with National and State Solar Portals is preferred.
• Understanding of rooftop solar project lifecycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end net-metering application processes across various DISCOMs and state portals.
• Track application status and ensure timely upload, update, and maintain project information on National and State Solar Portals.
• Coordinate with state regulatory POCs, DISCOM officials, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project records.
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, and state-specific requirements.
• Identify missing documents and coordinate with stakeholders for closure.
• Manage end-to-end subsidy claim submissions and tracking of subsidy approval and disbursement status.
• Resolve subsidy-related discrepancies with authorities and customers.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding project approvals and regulatory status.
• Analyze bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate regulatory changes to internal teams.
