Job summary

Velion It Consulting is seeking a Liaisoning Executive for the Real Estate / Construction sector. The role is based in Chembur, Mumbai and requires extensive interaction with government authorities to secure IOD, CC, Amended CC, Part OC and OC approvals.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of hands-on liaisoning experience in Real Estate / Construction, fluency in Marathi, and a proven track record with Mumbai authorities like MCGM and BMC. Travel across Mumbai for official work is expected.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience specifically in Real Estate / Construction
• Strong experience in Liaisoning & Statutory Approvals
• Fluent Marathi – Read, Write & Speak – Mandatory
• Strong experience dealing with MCGM / BMC and Mumbai government authorities
• Experience with approvals such as IOD, CC, Amended CC, Part OC and OC
• Exposure to Fire Brigade, Tree Authority, Water & Sewerage, Collector Office, City Survey Office, etc.
• Strong government liaisoning, documentation and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for official work
