Jalan Infrastructure is seeking a regulatory liaison professional to secure and manage approvals across government bodies, focusing on environmental, forest, and municipal permissions. You will coordinate with regulatory consultants and agencies to file applications and obtain NOCs, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.

The role requires strong networking with local, state, and central authorities, proactive problem solving, and up-to-date knowledge of bye-laws to optimize

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all statutory approvals for projects are in place and liaison and maintaining good PR & Network with Governmental bodies, Local bodies etc.
• Responsible for obtaining of NOC Permissions, from Forest Department, Railway, Irrigation, Pollution dept.
• Liaise with Regulatory Consultants for submissions / filing of applications for obtaining necessary approvals from Municipal Corporation, Forest Department (MPCB, Environment dept.), PWD, Revenue dept. & Demarcation etc.
• Maintain good PR & network with statutory bodies to obtain information, approvals, ensure that there are no official notices for noncompliance issued & such cases are managed through effective PR & informal channels to protect company interest & reputation.
• Maintain good working relations with departments of local/State/Central Govt. office to take with complaints/hindrances/local problem.
• Based on sound knowledge of various provisions in governmental bye laws, advice Management about new developments, changes in existing system, to maximize / optimize company resources and save on investment / cost through such clauses / provisions.
