Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Customer-focused Sales Associate for our Delhi stores. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, explain features and promotions, and drive store sales while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates include freshers or graduates with excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation

• 3 - 3.25 LPA + Incentives
