You will perform data analysis, asset due diligence, and deal monitoring using Python, SQL and advanced analytics, building dashboards and automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and quantitative academic background from a top tier engineering school.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, MS Excel, VBA.
• Knowledge of ETL (Power Query), dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau), and modern data architecture concepts.
• Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, data automation and large-scale data processing.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and asset due diligence at the time of deal underwriting utilizing advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools where appropriate. (pre-execution)
• Deal monitoring through the life of the transaction (post-execution).
• Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources using automated data pipelines and analytical tools.
• Synthesize asset-level information into a clear view of asset pool performance, identifying key trends and emerging risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated monitoring tools and management reporting solutions.
• Handle and analyze historical data using Python, SQL, Excel, VBA and AI/ML techniques to understand performance and risk drivers.
• Support the development of data-driven underwriting and portfolio surveillance through automation.

Your key responsibilities

• Data analysis and asset due diligence at the time of deal underwriting utilizing advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools where appropriate. (pre-execution)
• Deal monitoring through the life of the transaction (post-execution).
• Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources (loan tapes, asset memos, financial statements and quarterly performance reports) using automated data pipelines and analytical tools.
• Synthesize detailed asset-level information into a clear, holistic view of asset pool performance, identifying key trends, concentrations, performance drivers and emerging risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated monitoring tools and management reporting solutions that provide timely, accurate and actionable insights.
• Efficient handling and analysis of historical data utilizing Python, SQL, Excel, VBA and AI/ML techniques, with the aim of:
  • Creating a deeper understanding of portfolio performance and risk drivers.
  • Calculating relevant measures of historical and projected performance.
  • Developing predictive analytics and automated risk monitoring capabilities.
• Support the development and enhancement of data-driven underwriting, portfolio surveillance and reporting frameworks through automation and emerging technologies.
