We are looking for an experienced legal professional to strengthen our legal function, streamline contract management, and provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• LLB with 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
• Knowledge of international contract laws, compliance, and data privacy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including approvals and renewals.

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to strengthen our legal function, streamline contract management, and provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other business-critical legal documents.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including approvals, renewals, compliance, and documentation.
• Support corporate compliance, policy management, and data privacy requirements across jurisdictions.
• Manage intellectual property matters, freelancer and independent contractor agreements, and related legal queries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external counsel to address legal risks and deliver business-oriented solutions.
• Drive legal operations excellence through process improvements, technology, dashboards, and standardized workflows.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• LLB with 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Practical experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal operations.
• Understanding of international contractual laws, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
