Job summary

This remote-first role may require travel to the Mumbai office for business needs. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, oversee CLM processes, and ensure compliance and data privacy across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• LLB with 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Practical experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal operations.
• Understanding of international contractual laws, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
