Job description

We are looking for MALE Officer (Legal) having experience of minimum 02 years includes the following responsibilities:

• Drafting and Preparing Pleadings: Independently drafting and preparing pleadings such as Plaints and Written Statements for suits and proceedings as required.
• Handling Legal Affairs: Proactively managing the legal department of the organization, including drafting contracts, compliance, and intellectual property matters.
• Conducting Safety Inspections: Conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Legal Dispute Management: Managing legal disputes and litigation matters, Criminal matters, including representing the organization in court or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Policy Development: Developing health and safety plans ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Legal Documentation: Maintaining all safety documentation and reports as per legal and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Deals in Criminal Law, CBI, NCLAT & others regulatory requirements and projects.
