Vahura is partnering with a leading technology consulting company in Bangalore to hire an M&A / Transactions Lawyer with 5+ years of experience.

The role involves advising technology clients on corporate transactions and drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, BTAs, APAs, JVAs, and related agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in M&A/transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction agreements including SPAs, SHAs, BTAs, APAs, JVAs and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A and corporate transactions for technology clients.
• Draft and negotiate SPAs, SHAs, BTAs, APAs, JVAs, Investment Agreements and LOIs.
