Job summary

Ifinsol Global Bengaluru seeks an experienced legal professional to draft, review and finalize commercial contracts across client and vendor engagements in IT services, SaaS, and outsourcing. You will lead policy drafting and respond to regulatory inquiries, providing sound advisory to senior leadership.

Applicants should have strong legal research skills, knowledge of CA Act and ICAI ethics, and the ability to handle risk, compliance, and contract negotiations with stakeholders across business

Qualifications

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing commercial IT contracts (software purchases, SaaS, PaaS, SI, MSP, reselling, teaming, go-to-market, outsourcing).
• Adept at drafting internal policies, standard templates, and SoPs.
• Handling general legal, compliance and risk queries from business units and support functions.
• Responding to regulators/clients/administrative bodies on various issues and notices.
• Providing advisory support to business leadership and conducting legal research.
• Knowledge of CA Act & ICAI code of ethics would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

he candidate should have the relevant experience of Reviewing of Government tenders, Request for Proposals, EOIs, etc.

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalization of commercial contracts both from client and vendor side having specialization relating to information technology contracts such as software purchase, software licensing agreements, SaaS, PaaS, system integration, application management services, reselling agreements, teaming agreements, go to market arrangements, strategic outsourcing, etc.
• Adept in drafting of internal policies, standard templates, and SoPs
• Handling general legal, compliance and risk related queries from Business Units and Support functions.
• Replying to Regulators/Clients/Administrative bodies on various issues and notices
• Providing advisory support to business leadership
• Legal Research
• Knowledge of CA Act & ICAI code of ethics would be an added advantage
