Executive Tracks Associates is seeking an in-house counsel to provide comprehensive legal services across a broad range of issues. You will draft and negotiate various contracts to manage risk and support business needs.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in contract drafting and management, with a focus on non-litigation and proactive contract risk mitigation. Strong independent drafting and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• 4–8 years of experience in contract drafting and management.
• Experience with non-litigation and risk mitigation.
• Ability to independently draft and negotiate complex contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-house legal services across a broad range of issues to internal customers.
• Draft and negotiate contracts/agreements including manufacturing, vendor and warehousing, technology licences, service agreements, MOUs and NDAs.

Role & responsibilities :-

Providing a comprehensive and high quality in-house legal service, across a broad range of legal issues to internal customers within the organization, ensuring all activities are within the legal requirements and risks are mitigated appropriately.

Competency to independently draft, negotiate the contracts/agreements such as Manufacturing agreement, vendor and warehousing agreements, technology licence, service agreements,product supply, lease / leave and licence agreements, commercial contracts,MOUs, NDAs etc, based on the inputs received from the business including strategic management of contractual disputes.

Preferred candidate profile-

4-8 Years of experience in contract drafting,non litigation,contract management.
