Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, coordinating with clients and senior counsels, and appearing before courts in Karnataka. Fluency in Kannada for local procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent law graduates with a strong interest in litigation and advocacy.
• Exposure to court proceedings or internships in litigation is preferred.
• Comfort with Kannada for local court procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutory provisions, precedents and procedural rules.
• Draft pleadings, plaints, written statements, writ petitions and legal notices.
• Liaise with clients and brief senior counsels; assist in trial strategy development.
• Appear before courts, tribunals and judicial authorities across Karnataka.
• Engage with local registry procedures and drafting filings in Kannada as needed.
• Support the litigation team with case management and documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) exclusively or predominantly in litigation. Fresh law graduates with strong litigation-focused internships and a passion for the bar are encouraged to apply.


• Language Proficiency: Fluency and professional proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is required for effective local trial advocacy and client interactions.
