Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate legal roles.
• Hands-on in land acquisition, title diligence, and drafting deeds.
• Experience with drafting and registering deeds/agreements (JDA, GPA, Sale, Lease).
• Knowledge of RERA formalities and statutory compliance.
• Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare land acquisition documentation and title due diligence.
• Draft and register deeds and agreements (JDA, GPA, sale, lease).
• Draft letters and respond to notices; advise on legal matters.

• Drafting & Registration: - Deeds, Agreements (JDA, GPA, Sale Agreement to Sell, Lease, Rectification etc) Registration of Agreements/deeds with respective sub registrar offices.
• Drafting Letters & replying to notices
• Compliance of Labour Notices
• RERA formalities
• Attending courts, follow-up with Advocate
• Clients meeting, clarifications, interaction with Bank for loan documentation
• Advising in legal matters.
