• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, agreements, addendums, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of contract records and legal documentation.
• Support the legal team in contract lifecycle management activities.
• Conduct research on corporate, commercial, employment, data privacy, and intellectual property laws.
• Prepare legal summaries, briefs, and notes on various legal and regulatory matters.
• Track changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
• Assist in reviewing privacy policies, consent forms, and compliance documentation.
• Support data protection and compliance initiatives.
• Help maintain records related to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Conduct research on trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property matters.
• Assist in maintaining IP-related records and documentation.
