Job summary

Minfy is seeking a Legal Intern to join its in-house Legal team in India. You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial contracting within an IT services/cloud business, including review and drafting of NDAs, MSAs and SOWs, and participation in negotiation and risk analysis.

The role emphasizes strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, with exposure to data protection, confidentiality and payment terms. Final-year law students or those with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, vet and redline NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial contracts.
• Assist in reviewing RFPs, tenders, work orders and bid documents.
• Identify key contractual risks relating to liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, data protection, payment terms, termination and SLA.
• Assist the Legal team in preparing contract summaries, negotiation comments and deviation trackers.
• Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws and contractual issues.
• Coordinate with Business, Finance, Procurement and other internal teams for contract closure.
• Maintain contract records and support routine legal and compliance activities.
