Job summary

A leading agritech firm is seeking a Legal Intern in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh to assist in loan recovery and conduct legal research. Ideal candidates will have an LLB degree and previous legal internships. You will work closely with bank lawyers to launch new products and assist in court proceedings. This position offers hands-on experience in the rapidly growing agritech and fintech industries, providing valuable insights and professional growth.

Qualifications

Role & Responsibilities

• Draft and send legal notices for loan recovery.
• Conduct legal research on civil laws, Income Tax, GST.
• Collaborate with panel bank lawyers to launch new loan products & review documentation for Agricultural infrastructure loans.
• Assist in handling Income Tax & GST notices with our CA firm in Bangalore.
• Help draft and review legal documents.
• Assist in court proceedings and case preparations.
