Qualifications

• LL.B. mandatory with Real Estate Law knowledge.
• 3–7 years experience in real estate/development projects.
• Experience with RERA, conveyancing, and developer documentation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and vet real estate agreements and documents such as Development and Lease agreements.
• Handle title due diligence and coordinate with advocates, consultants, and authorities.
• Manage society redevelopment matters and RERA compliance.
• Coordinate with housing societies, tenants, and legal consultants.
• Liaise with government departments for registrations and approvals.
