Job summary

Ultra Corpotech Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced Legal Executive to join the Land & Infra Department. The role requires 7-8+ years of hands-on experience in real estate, property law, and documentation, plus an LL.B. degree.

You will handle due diligence, title verification, drafting and negotiating MOUs, leases, and property agreements, coordinate with authorities and bank panel advocates, and ensure timely execution of registrations and stamp duty.

Qualifications

• LL.B. graduate with 7-8+ years of experience in Real Estate / Land & Infra sector.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, revenue matters and real estate documentation.
• Experience handling both litigation and non-litigation property matters.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to real estate, property, litigation and non-litigation.
• Conduct due diligence, title searches and title verification for properties proposed for acquisition.
• Review and verify 7/12 extracts and other revenue records.
• Coordinate with Revenue Authorities, Sub-Registrar Offices and other government departments.
• Prepare preliminary property notes, title reports and legal opinions.
• Coordinate with Bank Panel Advocates for legal opinions related to project approvals and project finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, POAs, Procurement Agreements and other property-related documents.
• Support Leasing and Operations teams in reviewing and finalizing legal clauses.
• Manage agreement execution, stamp duty, registration and related compliance.
• Maintain and update land records and ensure timely completion of legal documentation.

• Strong knowledge of property laws, revenue matters and real estate documentation.
• Experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation property matters.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
