Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology and commercial law within an in-house legal department or a reputable law firm.
• JD or equivalent advanced legal degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience negotiating complex SaaS transactions and multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of global privacy frameworks (GDPR and international data protection standards).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Provide expert counsel on data protection and privacy regulations to ensure global compliance.
• Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies for commercial engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to streamline contract lifecycles.
• Monitor evolving legal landscapes in technology to update internal policies and SOPs.
• Mentor junior legal professionals and manage documentation and compliance repositories.
