As a Legal Compliance Officer, you will report to the General Counsel and form part of the Emerald Clinical Legal team.
Your primary responsibilities shall include company and corporate governance, and compliance matters for the whole Group covering the Asia Pacific region, EU and the USA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support compliance.
This role will suit a lawyer with 2-3 years hands on experience in corporate/company governance and compliance matters within the APAC, EU/UK and the USA, used to dealing with multiple jurisdictions, cross border matters and having excellent communication skills in English.
