Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern at Nextyn, you will work closely with the Legal & Compliance team to support the development of a new product. The role involves a mix of analytical tasks, document reviews, and regulatory research. Key responsibilities include:

• Document Review: Assisting in the review of legal documents, agreements, and internal corporate policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Compliance Checks: Conducting compliance audits to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and external regulatory frameworks.
• Data & Transcript Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing transcripts, communication data, and product-related content to identify potential legal or compliance risks.
• Drafting & Updates: Supporting the team in drafting and updating legal templates, disclaims, terms & conditions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Regulatory Research: Researching regulatory frameworks, risk areas, data privacy guidelines, and industry-specific legal standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with Product, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to ensure timely completion of legal reviews.

Eligibility Criteria
