Job summary

Diageo India is seeking a senior technology leader to design and deliver AI-enabled business solutions across Legal, CARE and Corporate Relations. You will partner with business leaders to simplify processes, own the product roadmap and drive measurable value through automation and transformation.

You'll lead enterprise SaaS initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams globally, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that equip Legal and related functions to operate with greater speed and impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal, CARE and Corporate Relations leaders to simplify processes.
• Own the product roadmap and business backlog for Legal technology and digital capabilities.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into solution designs and delivery plans.
• Drive AI enablement by identifying, prioritising and delivering high-value automation and AI use cases.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Legal technology platforms including contract lifecycle management, document automation, workflow, knowledge management and collaboration tools.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Information Security and Data Privacy teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation plans for new capabilities.
• Manage strategic technology partners and implementation vendors.
• Define success measures, monitor adoption and continuously improve products based on business feedback.
• Build trusted relationships across Legal leadership, Legal Operations, GBS and Digital & Technology.

About Therole

Lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled business solutions across Legal, CARE and Corporate Relations. • Own the product roadmap and business backlog for Legal technology and digital capabilities.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into solution designs and delivery plans.

• Experience evaluating technology vendors and Buy vs Build decisions.
• Agile or Product Management certification.
