Job summary

Diageo is seeking a results-driven leader to design and deliver technology-enabled business solutions across Legal, CARE and Corporate Relations. You will own the product roadmap, drive AI-enabled automation, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable value through transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation, product management or business solutions within a complex global organisation.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of AI, workflow automation and modern productivity platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of Legal technology platforms (e.g. CLM, Matter Management, eBilling etc.).
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal, CARE and Corporate Relations leaders to identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes.
• Own the product roadmap and business backlog for Legal technology and digital capabilities.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into solution designs and delivery plans.
• Drive AI enablement by identifying, prioritising and delivering high-value automation and AI use cases.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Legal technology platforms including contract lifecycle management, document automation, workflow, knowledge management and collaboration tools.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Information Security and Data Privacy teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation plans for new capabilities.
• Manage strategic technology partners and implementation vendors.
• Define success measures, monitor adoption and continuously improve products based on business feedback.
• Build trusted relationships across Legal leadership, Legal Operations, GBS and Digital & Technology.

About the Role

Lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled business solutions across Legal, CARE and Corporate Relations. • Experience evaluating technology vendors and Buy vs Build decisions.
• Agile or Product Management certification.
