The Opportunity

This position is engineered to provide aspiring corporate lawyers with rich, foundational exposure to in-house legal operations. Working alongside seasoned professionals, you will be immersed in high-value contract management, regulatory frameworks, compliance advisory, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements and critical legal documents to safeguard organizational interests.
• Legal Research & Advisory: Undertake deep legal research across statutory frameworks, case law, and industry guidelines; prepare actionable legal opinions, briefs, and executive summaries.
• Liaison & External Coordination: Act as an essential liaison between internal management and external counsels/legal consultants to drive strategic initiatives and resolve disputes.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Monitor compliance obligations, implement regulatory requirements, and mitigate organizational risk.
• Legal Operations & File Management: Maintain rigorous documentation standards, archive legal records, streamline correspondence, and monitor case lifecycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide ongoing day-to-day legal support to core operational and business development units.

Position Details
