This full‑time, on‑site role is based at the prestigious Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It offers an exceptional opportunity for mid‑level legal professionals to manage complex commercial contracts and global compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Legal Associate will manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle and support clients with international regulatory compliance. Key duties include:

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Independently drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating diverse commercial agreements, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Amendments, and Change Orders.
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Recording, maintaining, and tracking executed agreements within contract databases, as well as managing renewals, extensions, renegotiations, and terminations.
• Data Privacy Compliance: Assisting clients in implementing robust privacy and data protection frameworks, ensuring alignment with global regulations such as GDPR, COPPA, and other international standards.
• Process Optimization: Supporting clients in establishing and sustaining efficient legal and compliance processes while securing commercially favorable positions.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: An LL.B. degree from a reputed institution.
• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Prior experience as an in‑house corporate counsel or within a corporate legal environment is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong contract negotiation abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of global privacy laws.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

Exposure and Learning Opportunities
