Job summary

Techdome is seeking a Legal Associate to support our corporate and commercial work. This hands-on role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career lawyer who wants broad exposure to corporate law in a fast-growing technology company located in Hyderabad or Indore.

You will draft and review commercial contracts, support compliance under the Companies Act 2013 and ROC filings, maintain a contract register, and assist with due diligence and employment documents.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or integrated LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• 0-3 years of experience; internships in corporate law are a plus.
• Sound understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and Indian Contract Act 1872.
• Clear drafting and communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, good organisation and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements and vendor agreements.
• Support corporate compliance under the Companies Act, including board resolutions, minutes, statutory registers and ROC filings.
• Maintain a contract register and track renewals, deadlines and compliance dates.
• Prepare and review employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and HR policies.
• Assist with due diligence, legal research and documentation for business transactions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and company secretaries on legal and compliance matters.
