Naukri Assist in Mumbai seeks an experienced compliance leader to oversee regulatory and food-safety compliance in the FMCG sector. You will develop, implement, and monitor corporate compliance programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed risk-aware practices across the organization.

• 8-20 years of experience in legal and compliance management in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of food laws, GMPs and industry standards.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety regulations, FSMS standards, and industry guidelines in the FMCG sector.
• Develop and implement effective corporate compliance programs to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
• Provide training and guidance on legal requirements to internal stakeholders.
