Qualifications

• PhD completed or currently pursuing in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
• Strong subject knowledge in management disciplines.
• Experience in course delivery, student assessment, mentoring, and project guidance.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to teaching excellence, student engagement and continuous development.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) or industry experience are advantageous.
