Job summary

Nextenti Tech is seeking a lecturer to deliver lectures and practical sessions for nursing students in the General Department, located in Puthukkode, Vazhayoor, Kerala, India. The role involves updating course materials, guiding students, and participating in faculty activities.

The candidate will conduct assessments and contribute to scholarly nursing publications, coordinating with colleagues to enhance educational programs and organize events. KNMC registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for nursing students in the General Department.
• Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods in alignment with the curriculum.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing students, supporting their academic and professional development.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor and report on students' progress.
• Engage in academic research and contribute to scholarly publications in the field of nursing.
• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance educational programs and initiatives.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development activities.
• Offer emergency support and first aid care within the institute as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records of student performances and attendance.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote learning and knowledge sharing. Preferable with KNMC Registration.
