Eligibility: M.Sc. (Nursing) with 3 year teaching Experience

Pay Scale:₹25,600 to ₹50,000

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction:Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical clinical sessions for nursing students.

Clinical Supervision:Supervise students in hospital settings, fostering the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Managing laboratory equipment, maintenance, and safety.

Research & Publication: Conduct independent research, publish findings in reputable journals, and present at academic conferences.

Evaluation & Assessment: Conducting examinations, paper settings, evaluate student performance, and maintain records of academic progress

Student Mentoring: Mentoring students for projects/placements, assessing student performance, and holding remedial sessions.

Institutional Service: Serving on committees (admission, research, cultural), assisting in approval and accreditation processes (NAAC), organizing events, and maintaining documentation.

Funding Acquisition: Write grant proposals to secure external funding for research projects.
