Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru invites experienced SAP Finance professionals to join a high-impact role focused on IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting, consolidation and revenue recognition. You will lead SAP Lease Accounting and SAP RAR implementations, configure RoU assets and lease liabilities, and ensure statutory compliance across multi-GAAP reporting.

The role involves collaborating with auditors and business stakeholders, migrating legacy lease data to SAP environments, and driving end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Finance, FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on in SAP RAR Revenue Accounting and Reporting.
• Hands-on in SAP Lease Accounting IFRS 16 Solutions.
• Understanding IFRS 15, IFRS 16, ASC 606, ASC 842.
• Experience with multi-GAAP reporting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Lease Accounting solutions.
• Analyze lease contracts and configure lease accounting processes (RoU assets, lease liability).
• Manage interest accruals and amortization; handle revaluation and modifications.
• Support migration of lease data from legacy systems into SAP environments.
• Design lease accounting reports and disclosures for statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with finance teams, auditors and stakeholders to ensure IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance.
• Implement and support SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting aligned with IFRS 15/ASC 606.
• Configure revenue recognition elements: performance obligations, contracts, price allocation.
• Integrate SAP RAR with SAP SD, FI, S4HANA and external sources; support testing/cutover.
