Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Excel Preferred, LMS Know
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end execution of learning programs
• Support course setup, enrollments, and participant tracking
• Help manage roster updates and ensure data accuracy during program delivery
• Generate standard reports related to enrollments, completion, and learner participation
• Support data consolidation for surveys, assessments, and program feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for program scheduling, communication, and execution
• Support query resolution and provide learner support
• Being part of learning engagement initiatives and team activities and larger events

Role Summary: Support the execution and administration of enterprise learning programs, ensuring smooth course setup, enrollment management, and reporting while contributing to learner engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Execution Support
